Levono has said that it will announce new smartphones in Africa by late 2013. The firm first line of action is Nigeria.
Unlike most phone manufacturers that rely heavily on telecommunications operators to sell their handsets, Lenovo is standing out from them by selling its handsets directly to consumers.
In line with that, Lenovo will launched its first smartphone into the Nigerian smartphone market later this year.Vice President Graham Brahum disclose this over the weekend.
In Nigeria, a company selling its products directly to consumers, tends to gain larger market share.
Furthermore, the firm is developing new line of tablets and smartphones that are expected to lure Apple and Samsung users
