This rare condition made him lost his voice even when he recovered fully. He said the illness started again last summer and by the time he realized it, it has affected the right vocal cord. This made him to have a weaker voice than normal.
But the CEO is not giving up, he has funded a research program that will be headed by Renowned surgeon, Steven Zeitels of Harvard Medical school. Those who knew much about the donation said it exceed $20 million.
Vocal cord paralysis is very rare, and the new research program is hope to find more facts about this illness and probably find a treatment to those who suffer with it.
