- A Boe 737 airplane carrying 101 passengers and seven crew members crashed into a sea after it missed the runway at the airport. The airplane was said to be carrying passengers from West Java to Bali, Indonesia.
- According to the reports, 40 passengers were wounded, but all 101 passengers on-board, including the seven crew members are safe. They were carried off the airplane by boats used by rescued workers.
Some of the passengers who gave insight as to how the crash happened said, no signal came from the crew about the impeding crash. They said '' it happened suddenly''.
