UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY AT NNAMDI AZIKIWE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ABUJA

As part of the new project by the Federal Government to improve power supply in all major airport across the country, the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, FAAN,said Monday that Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja now has stable power supply.
In a statement issued in Abuja and signed by the General Manager, Cooperate Communications, Yakubu Dati said four units of 1.5 KVA generators were added to the existing four units of 1.25 KVA generator to increase power supply to the airport.
It also said that it has notified the public that there would be power outage in the airport as this will help engineers work on the new power source.
