A 65 year old Minneapolis man, Raymond Bischoff thought the best way to relieve the pains on his head is to cut the wires and cables that connect a local business to the internet.
Those who saw him said he was close to the cables but were unaware of what he was doing. Nevertheless, Police found out that Bischoff footprints matched those found on the crime spot.
When police finally found him and asked why he cut the wires and cables, he admitted he did so because he has severe head pain and that the only way he could relieve the pressure was to cut the wires and cables.
